Assignment #5 Sleep is your superpower

We seem that we are losting sleep time as we grow up, a lot of things, activity or some movie are all the temptation and the reason that I need to stay up. As the title of speech said, sleep is your superpower, but we get away from it. We sometimes try to talk with ourself, "Can I get to bed earily this night, and wake up earily next morning and have a good breakfest?". However, it is too difficult to return to the best sleep condition. It is too late. We lost superpower.

Assignment #5 Do you really need 8 hours of sleep every night?

     I select this topic because we report on similar topic with sleep, and the sleep is my problem that bother me at least 3 years and I keep to find a method to receive a restful stable sleep, thus, I prefer to concern the issues about sleep.       Their powerpoint is quiet concise and confortable and makes everyone know 8-hour is not the exact necessity of sleep time. You can test your feeling after wakeing up as 7 or 6 hours to find individual bed time. 8 hours just an average, it's not the absolute rule everyone need to follow. However, this doesn't means that you can select your sleep interval at any time in a whole day. It must be regular, keep it and do not break it if you want to do some meaningless things.
